Results - VTTA Kent Group '10' July 15th 2007
The event had to be abandoned due to the appalling weather conditions. Thanks to all those who rode and came along to ride, on what turned out to be a real “float day” on the Thanet Way. I`m sure you appreciate that the safety of the riders is the paramount concern for any Event Secretary. As only 23 riders recorded a time, no prizes will be awarded in accordance with Page 85 para 7 of the National Handbook. However, for those who did record a time, these are perfectly valid for PB`s, Standards etc. The ride of the day came from Steve Castle who clocked 20.45 riding in the very worst of the storm, closely followed by Adam Broyad who did 20.56. Well done also to the three riders who improved on their LTS.
